Could not find any mechanism at yum.baseurl.org for actually reporting problems, and got certificate warning for the site anyway! As it says:
Error: Package: libreport-plugin-reportuploader-2.0.7-1.fc16.x86_64 (updates)
Requires: libtar.so.1()(64bit)
You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem

...some of them are dups. but a bunch are missing requires. If you fix all of those it's likely things will work again.
