Description of problem:

After suspend/resume, NetworkManager is unable to re-set the network into an operable state: I have to reboot for getting re-running the network.
   
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
NetworkManager-0.9.1.90-5.git20110927.fc16.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Suspend by using the gnome-shell user menu (top right)
2.Resume
3.
  
Actual results:
The NIC has no IP4 address, network unoperable

Expected results:
the network is UP

Additional info:
My NIC: 

Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168B PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller (rev 01). BIOS is uptodate!

Bug does no more appear with NetworkManager-0.9.4.0-6.git20120403.fc17.x86_64.
