2.Add catalog entry and save.

  
Actual results:
Error messages not alingment does not look good and page looks congested.
see attached screenshot.

Expected results:
need to be formatted.

I tested it on commit 3173e6216577eca6945fd7cb500104292c8077b2 and errors were formatted and aligned, please verify it.
