Description of problem:
Intelligent Pinyin(Beta) doesn't self-learn the words "yihui"("一会“).

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type "yihui" using Intelligent Pinyin(Beta)
2. Choose the word "一会“ several times.
3. type "yihui" again, the first words is still "议会“, not "一会“.
  
Actual results:
Intelligent Pinyin(Beta) self-learn the words "一会“ failed.

Fixed in libpinyin 0.5.91.

ibus-pinyin with libpinyin in F16 updates now, close bug.
