Git patch for manifest change. none

Description Andrew Robinson 2011-11-25 20:50:44 UTC
Created attachment 536430 [details]
Git patch for manifest change.

The manifest of the current jar in the itext package does not list exported packages in its manifest. This is a problem for building Eclipse plugin packages that use itext classes. The attached patch is a fix that pulls the manifest from Eclipse Orbit and has ant use that manifest for the resultant jar. I have tested the patch and both libfonts and pdftk still build correctly, and it resolves the eclipse build issue.

Hi Andrew,
Please feel free to apply the patch to our package. Do we need this in any of the stable (non-rawhide) Fedora releases?

Comment 2 Andrew Robinson 2011-11-29 22:08:11 UTC
I don't need this in non-rawhide at the moment. Build failure unrelated to my patch seems to be happening in rawhide.
