Description of problem:

Translators are only able to bookmark a workspace, not a specific document.

Implementation of this functionality will make implementation of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=723084 easier.

Note: this change also allows browser 'back' and 'forward' buttons to traverse the history of selected documents.
