Workaround for FTBFS on 64 bit

Description of problem:
The package doesn't build from sources on 64 bit, the following error occurred:
RPM build errors:
error: File not found: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/brltty-4.3-1.fc17.x86_64/usr/lib64/java/libbrlapi_java.so
    File not found: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/brltty-4.3-1.fc17.x86_64/usr/lib64/java/libbrlapi_java.so
Child returncode was: 1

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
brltty-4.3-1.fc17

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Rebuild from sources on 64 bit
  
Actual results:
Build fail.

Expected results:
Build pass.

Additional info:
Workaround patch is attached. I am maintainer of brltty in RHEL. I can help you co-maintain / share patches. If you don't mind, I would apply for commit ACL, would it be possible?

I committed and built another fix for this and then remembered that you'd included a patch.  If you like, you can apply for commit, the more the merrier.
