Need some language to accompany the code change that will go in with Bug 749823. Basically a brief description of the separate logs that the Axis engine can generate and how to control their verbosity through human readable labels.

MRG-Grid is in maintenance and only customer escalations will be considered. This issue can be reopened if a customer escalation associated with it occurs.
