Description of problem:
when using a local network repo  the error box stating can not open rpm appears
select <reboot> or <retry>

when selecting retry the system continues. 

Question can the software retry before issuing the error box this is an aggravation for an unattended install.  (note do not see this on F11 or F15)

anaconda-16.25-1.fc16.x86_64.rpm

How reproducible:
every time different rpms

Steps to Reproduce:
local network repo 
GigiE interface and switch
  
Expected results:
be more robust 


Additional info:

what log file would help in assisting with this issue. 
on a minimal install 203 packages happens 5 times on average
on a full build 1583 packages happens 12 time on average.

Please switch to tty2 (ctrl-alt-f2) and attach the logs from /tmp/*log to this bug as individual plain/text files.

Yeah, you got the only thing we can do at this point, which is tell you we can't download the rpm.
