A new version of the theme has been released two weeks ago. This update is purely a bug fix release and should be adopted in fedora 16 and rawhide.

Note that the title still says Aldabra 3.2.1 but there's a download link below.

The apparent changelog since 3.2.1 (current fedora version) is:

2011-11-14 Version 3.2.2
Removed low contrast hack so that menu separators are shown. Fixed white bar in LibreOffice.

aldabra-theme-gnome-3.2.2-1.fc16 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 16.

Package aldabra-theme-gnome-3.2.2-1.fc16:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing aldabra-theme-gnome-3.2.2-1.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.

aldabra-theme-gnome-3.2.2-1.fc16 has been pushed to the Fedora 16 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
