Description of problem:
On recent build UI of create repository fails with:

Please fix (I expect that as temporarily issue with working on gpg keys stuff).

How reproducible:
always on recent version of katello

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create provider, product and refer to the button to create a repo.

Actual results:
exception above

Expected results:
no errors, possibility to create repo.

This was fixed in a commit that didn't have a bug associated.  Marking MODIFIED

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
