After upgrade selinux-policy to selinux-policy-3.10.0-61.fc16.noarch the problem seems to be fixed:

[root@desktop ~]# ls -lZ /var/run/mcelog.pid 
-rw-r--r--. root root system_u:object_r:mcelog_var_run_t:s0 /var/run/mcelog.pid
[root@desktop ~]# rpm -q selinux-policy
selinux-policy-3.10.0-61.fc16.noarch
