PulpDist needs to be tested and packaged for deployment on RHEL6. This means:
- updating code to be compatible with Python 2.6
- updating dependencies identified in pulpdist.spec

Git HEAD has been updated to support Python 2.6, such that:
- automated core tests pass
- automated plugin tests pass
- web app runs under Django test server

The Pulp plugins themselves haven't been tested under 2.6 as yet.
