Cytoscape Screenshot
This can be achieved through the Cytoscape export. I'll push the updated export tool at the end of the day (the 3rd of Jan) 1. Install Cytoscape from http://www.cytoscape.org/ 2. Run the export tool at https://skynet.cloud.lab.eng.bne.redhat.com:8443/TopicIndex/Apps/sifexport.html 3. Import the SIF file and the NOA files (see http://vimeo.com/35730262 for an example) 4. Setup a VisMapper to highlight your own topics (i.e. use the assigned writer field to set the node colour or something similar) 5. Use the Filters to highlight any node whose TopicLifecycle has IA Rejected. Apparently you can use wildcards in the filters, but it didn't work for me, so I just created an OR filter that selected any combination of lifecycle tags that included the rejection tag name. I have attached a screenshot of what the final result looks like. You can see at a glance which topics are rejected (the screenshot uses the qe fail tag), and where they lie in relation to your own topics. I should point out in the screenshot that the blue nodes are topics with an assigned writer of dmision, and the red ones are matched by the filter (which is pulling out qe failed topics as an example) |
