Apparently there's already a review in progress which I've missed when searching for it: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=605840

The spec file there is substantially different, and review is stalled for a long time/submitter needs to be sponsored. I'll try to reach him and then one of two bugs will be marked as duplicate.
