Cause: When an SSSD service exited while a check for its presence was still in progress, the SSSD might have accessed invalid memory
Consequence: The SSSD crashed
Fix: The SSSD was fixed so that it cancels any pending checks when a service exits
Result: The SSSD no longer crashes and checks are cancelled gracefully when a service exits.

Verified on sssd-1.8.0-31.el6. This bug has been verified sanity only and no related regressions detected. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
