Description of problem:

Hi,

Is there a slim chance of having libunwind also available in Fedora EPEL? Would you be interested in maintaining the package there?
This package has some interest to me for RHEL5 and RHEL6.

I've searched EPEL Contributor Status page[1] and I've noticed you're not listed there. Please consider bringing libunwind to EPEL.

I always was maintainer of libunwind for ia64. That was last with RHEL-5, RHEL-6 is no longer for ia64. RHEL-5 is also almost no longer developed.

I do not know much the new x86* stuff in libunwind there.

BTW I am interested and I use EPEL in general, just not libunwind there.

If you are willing to do any maintainership of libunwind in EPEL I would prefer it, thanks.

I'm going to close it as WONTFIX as I've terminated my account today. Thanks mate and sorry.
