Rhino was updated to 1.7R3 in September and has API changes that break BIRT.  I've filed an upstream bug about this back in July but since 1.7R3 is not yet in Orbit it hasn't been addressed:

I've committed and pushed a temporary fix for this.  It's now built in rawhide:

I'll continue working with upstream to get it fixed properly and I'll backport that fix when it's ready.
