Let rpmbuild strip libraries, build with $RPM_LD_FLAGS

*.so from dvb-apps are not stripped, and $RPM_LD_FLAGS are not used when linking.  Fix attached.

The package release tag doesn't follow the naming guidelines (should be 0.x.snapshot instead of 0.snapshot), so be careful when updating so it actually gets treated as an update.

* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing dvb-apps-1.1.2-0.1457.bec11f78be51.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.
