Description of problem:
Some upstream projects need gengetopt >= 2.22.5 to build.

Details:
1. gengetopt started generating enumerations with a [OPTION]__NULL element in 2.22.5:

2. Some upstream projects such as quvi-tool are starting to rely on this feature:

Suggestion:
update gengetopt in Rawhide and F16 to version 2.22.5

* was pushed to the Fedora 17 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
