Hi, I found out that rubygem-ffi doesn't need rubygem-rspec for build at all, rubygem-rspec-core is sufficient. As we are trying to isolate all the gems that still need the old rspec and migrate them to rspec-core (see [1]), could you please just remove the dependency?

This has been fixed during the Ruby 1.9.3 rebuild, so closing.
