I had this problem also on another computer (64bit version)
yum updates should have not those problems with Fedora official repos

You need xine-lib-extras-freeworld-1.1.20-3.fc16 from RPM Fusion Free, it's currently in their updates-testing repository and should get pushed to the stable updates repository ASAP.

It's normal for this kind of things to happen when 2 packages in different repositories need to be pushed in sync, one or the other will always be pushed a bit sooner. Just wait a few hours and things will be all sorted.
