This warning is a consequence of driver requested restart, and then failure of adding station information to iwlagn driver.

I do not know what is exactly reason of bug, but it looks like firmware hung. Anyway 3.2 kernel contains various changes in iwlagn and mac80211 what could possibly fix this issue. Please test it and tell us if the WARNING is still reproducible.
