Description of problem:

After updating from 0.244 to 0.254 pulp-migrate gives a validation error:

# pulp-migrate 
data model in use matches the current version
4 errors on validation, see /var/log/pulp/db.log for details

pulp.log shows the following *after* the migration:

verified db version 28 to 31
