Description of problem:

After a new install, upload a template file and choose to 'automatically make a deployable' for the template.  When you do this when no catalog has been created (or not selected), you get the error in the summary.

1.  install aeolus-all on fresh os
2.  login & click administer -> Environments
3.  click on new image
4.  upload a template file
5.  select 'make a deployable'
6.  save template
7.  save catalog entry (without selecting catalog)
