Description of problem:

With lots of little usability features being added, and lots of the cruft being deprecated, now is probably a good time to try and improve the man page.

Aim should be to update the command synopsis to properly match the current usage but also to provide better and more concrete examples. The current ones are a bit misleading especially with regards to:

- What is a Topic Name, what is a Topic Path, what is a Topic Type.
- What the Templates are and how they fit into this.
