Description of problem:

Create a new image from within the web UI, select 'from url' and click continue without adding a url gives this error.

Also seen this one when xml validation failed and I clicked continue

translation missing: en.template_xml.errors.xml_parser_error

It now displays : "Could not load the provided URL "
Can't it say :Url cannot be left blank .
