How and why did you install the Python sub-package in a different version?

Comment 2 fredi 2011-12-08 19:19:46 UTC
Which Python sub-package you mean , qgis-python ?

I have tested qgis-1.7.1-1.fc15 in combination
with qgis-python-1.7.1-1.fc15 from updates repo in then

       qgis-1.7.2-1.fc15 with
qgis-python-1.7.2-1.fc15 from updates-testing repo

Comment 3 Volker Fröhlich 2011-12-08 20:14:30 UTC
Oh, sorry, I misread.

Comment 4 Volker Fröhlich 2011-12-08 22:27:04 UTC
The problem is caused by a problem with sip and QGIS will need a rebuild for F15:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=755355

The build system is down at the moment, so I can't rebuild right now.
