On Discussion with jprovazn found that the method which computes percentage is buggy.

This issue seem to be resolved with the fix for #761509 (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=761509). Please verify the commit ef2c43d7dc02e909026c730933c55400b703a86d
