Description Sean Burke 2011-12-08 20:51:48 UTC
There is a build failure listed for transmission in EPEL6, resulting in being unable to install it for an EL6 system. Failure described at http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=275081

Comment 1 Adam Miller 2012-01-14 18:53:11 UTC
Transmission in EPEL EL6 will live in the 2.6.13 branch because of a dependency on libnotify2 and a non trivial port. If any bugs are reported specifically against this it will be handled on a case by case basis and I have been in contact with some upstream developers who have offered to help in the event it is needed.

If you enabled the EPEL-testing repository you can install it today, I will be pushing to stable soon.
