Description Jordan Clark 2009-07-07 21:29:20 UTC
On opensolaris the build fails without explicitly configuring with --disable-libglusterfsclient.

With out --disable-libglusterfsclient the "GlusterFS configure summary" is:

FUSE client : no
Infiniband verbs : no
epoll IO multiplex : no
Berkeley-DB : no
libglusterfsclient : yes
mod_glusterfs : no ()
argp-standalone : yes

It then fails to build.

It does build fine when configured with --disable-libglusterfsclient

We want to keep it that way as a first step towards getting libglusterfsclient working on Solaris. In recent releases like 2.0.4, I am not seeing any build failures on Solaris.

Can you please confirm if you see build failures with 2.0.4 also? I'd recommend upgrading.

Thanks

I am going to close this as there has been no response and we havent seen any more build failures after 2.0.4.
