When trying to install on a HP server with HP SmartArray controller, installation fails. Looking at the error it seems that the installer assumes that the chosen device gets a 1 appended for the first partition. This however, is not true for HP SmartArray Controller.
Chosen disk to install is
/dev/cciss/c0d0
when adding partition 1 to this disk, it will be named
/dev/cciss/c0d0p1
however, the installation seems to assume it will be named
/dev/cciss/c0d01
