Description Balamurugan Arumugam 2010-03-07 15:00:45 UTC
1. Is your first server network configuration has domain name contains hostname? For example, Server name: testserver1, domain name: testserver1.mysetup.priv

2. Is your installation media pulled out or disappeared during additional server installation?

If you see other than these cases, let us know.

upon upgrading to 3.0.3.. adding an additional server is
almost impossible. just dishes out "installer agent died" and aborts.

yes

To clarify, the add second server failure was observed in 3.0.0 and not 3.0.3

Platform doesn't have any clue if media is pulled out during installation time. As 3.0.3 works, this bug won't be fixed in 3.0.0
