The logs dont point to anything bad. I did a fresh git checkout and was able to probe successfully.

Can you please provide the complete logs?

I didn't know that - anyway it did hang a couple of occasions, it is not hanging now. I'll re-open if I hit a clear bug. Closing the bug.
