Patch to support RPM upgrades from 3.0.x to 3.1 none

The attached patch allows an upgrade from 3.0.x RPMs to 3.1 replacing old RPMs.

Would you guys also want a patch to conditionally move /etc/glusterfs/glusterfs(d).vol to /etc/glusterfs/glusterd.vol?

nope, we don't want to move 'glusterfsd.vol' to 'glusterd.vol'. glusterd.vol is very very important and we need it in the proper place.
