If the quota is already enabled on a volume/directory, and if somebody issues the quota enable command, the responding string should be "quota is already enabled"

Fixed as part of http://patches.gluster.com/patch/6745/ patch.

Enabling quota has been successful
[root@centos-qa-client-2 sbin]# ./gluster volume quota dist-rep2 enable
Quota is already enabled
