it can be a comma seperated value. That way a user gets a chance to overcome issues if she tries to start a connection with server.

Planing to keep 3.4.x branch as "internal enhancements" release without any features. So moving these bugs to 3.4.0 target milestone.

This just came up on IRC, where glusterfs was binding to a mail-server port and the mail server couldn't be started first because it depended on that filesystem.  We should add this as a sticky option on both client and server sides, including ranges as well as comma-separated lists.
