1. Crated a volume with single brick 
2. Initiated rebalance operation and got the following output




gluster> volume rebalance test start
starting rebalance on volume test has been unsuccessful


gluster> volume rebalance test start
Rebalance on test is already started

gluster> volume rebalance test status
rebalance not started

Need to check the presence of 'distribute' in a volume before starting rebalance.

Now trying to rebalance a volume with one brick show the following message

Volume vol-sin is not a distribute volume or contains only 1 brick.
Not performing rebalance
