Description of problem:

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Administer->Environments->images->import
2.click on continue button(blank entries).

UI displays "The image could not be imported"
see attached screenshot.



Expected results:
Error message saying "entries cannot be blank"  or "please enter ..." required.
