Description of problem:
When starting an instance in rhevm or vsphere sometimes the audrey agent will be invoked before the network services configuration are complete.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.4.x

How reproducible:
At least one instance in a multi-instance deployment will fail.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch a deployment in rhevm or vsphere that invokes the agent
2.

Actual results:
The agent errors out on the first call to the configserver

Expected results:
The agent should be tolerant of the network not being ready

specific version to reproduce this is a 0.4.2-14 or before rpm.

This bug is no longer applicable because of the changes to SystemV. Now there's an order of execution in place that will prevent this bug from ever showing up.
