Description of problem:

Its hard to tell at a global level what pools are enabled vs disabled..
https://qeblade31.rhq.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/conductor/pool_families
is the best place to do that.. IMHO

column in env to display enabled vs disabled pools is added.
