IIRC EC2 supports now both types of disk with new pvgrub. True, but nobody wants to use disk images there. If you resize the EBS volume, you can't simply `resize2fs` to adjust the filesystem. You have to mess with the partition table which is gross. Purging old bugs. This isn't getting fixed any time soon, and we'll move off appliance-tools anyway. |
