This is most likely a problem in Parallels.  Can you recreate this on real hardware or in KVM?

Which kind?  VirtualBox, VMWare, parallels, KVM?

If someone can recreate the in KVM or on real hardware, please reopen.  Otherwise, this is a problem in VirtualBox/VMWare/Parallels.
