Description of problem:
Ekiga does not recognise any devices attached for audio/video on Lenovo Thinkpad (T500)

ekiga-3.2.6-3.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Fire up Ekiga
2.Attempt to configure
3.No devices listed
  
Actual results:
Cannot use Ekiga for audio/video conferencing nor can you hear a ringtone for incoming calls.

Bug appears to be in ptlib package, bug 666256

inclusion in the current release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Because the affected component is not scheduled to be updated
in the current release, Red Hat is unfortunately unable to
address this request at this time. Red Hat invites you to
