Description of problem:

The (attached) screenshot shows how the changeset panel has rendering issues when selected. Some widgets are off screen and cannot be accessed.

katello-0.1.130-1.git.0.216c0d8.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Content Management --> Promotions
2. Select the Locker environment
3. Add a new Changeset
4. Select it from the ui

Can you retest with the latest version?  This was fixed a different bug and should not be happening again

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
