Description of problem:

In order to remove a system from katello, one has to CTRL-click it in order for the option to remove it to be displayed and enabled. Imho this is not intuitive at all and will most definitely lead to needless issues being filed. Selecting the system with a left click displays a panel with information about the system but does not expose the remove action link.

1. Select a system from one of the orgs
2. Select it in order to remove it

Selecting the system with a left click displays a panel with information about the system but does not expose the remove action link.

Expected results:

The action/link to remove a system should be displayed (assuming user role has necessary permision) in a intuitive way.
