Should they be able to? Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): git master How reproducible: always Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a user w/ limited access (e.g. Access System) 2. log in as that user 3. Actual results: User sees the Dashboard and all sections that it provides (e.g. Subscriptions, Errata, Promotions, Sync...). Expected results: User only sees those sections of the Dashboard that they have permissions to. Additional info:
