Description of problem:
Miro needs a patch to support ffmpeg API changes.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
I used it to build 4.0.3.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Try to build Miro without patch
2.  Watch it fail
  
Actual results:
It won't build

Expected results:
It builds

Since version 4.0.  Miro has had to be moved to RPM Fusion because of the dependency on ffmpeg (which cannot be shipped in Fedora).  It is still in review in RPM Fusion: https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1845

You might want to raise this issue there.
