Description of problem:
The RHEL 6 Installation guide explains the way to create USB installation media
from RHEL 6 DVD iso images [1] but I don't think it works as its filesystem is wrong (! vfat but iso9660).

I guess livecd-iso-to-disk or whatever similar thing is needed to create the bootable USB media from DVD iso images.
