Description of problem:
When viewing a pool, the pretty/table view toggle doesn't work as expected as only the "Deployments" sub-tab supports switching between the pretty/table views.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View the details associated with a specific pool
2. Switch between the sub tabs, and between the pretty and table views
3.
  
Actual results:
The results are erratic, with the wrong page details being shown etc.

Expected results:
The pretty/table view toggle should be disabled for all sub-tabs except "Deployments"

The pretty/table view toggle is disabled for all sub-tabs except
